I couldn't find the exact jacket I was seeking, so even though I prefer faux fur over rabbit, I ordered Ladies Knitted Black Jacket with Rabbit Fur on a whim! And I am so glad I did...
I was actually looking for 3/4-length sleeves to complement some super-glam gloves a friend is knitting for me; these elbow-length, fingerless gloves are called Slither and are absolutely gorgeous. To make a long story short, this jacket will work because I can push the sleeves up...then hit the town! My friends are going to clamor for a pair of gloves like this... I guess I will have to tell them to knit them themselves or get their own "friend." lol.
But back to the jacket, the fur is very understated--soft but not too long, covers the upper body only--and the leather is scrumptiously soft and supple, as are the knit sleeves and backing.
If you decide to order this attractive garment, go up a size as it does run a little small...
I love my new jacket! Can't wait to wear it to my grandson's birthday party.

| Loved this jacket, and it is well made. The double knitted collar is so comfortable around the neck. Has a nice fit to it. I had just the right amount of room in the jacket, so it was so comfortable. The inside polyester silken lining is a luxury touch. I keep wanting pockets, but I do not think I would like the bulk. It is perfect just the way it is. I liked the faux leather around the zipper. The zipper is not cheap it is a really nice one. This zipper will not snag and scratch things. The knitted sleeves make your arms look longer and leaner. I am going to team it up with a longer black pull over for a longer leaner look around the waist. A+++++ Thanks... |
